An excellent border edging plant, Ageratum Blue Danube plants are smothered in powder blue flowers all summer long.
Ideal uses: bedding, formal gardens, patio
Sowing time: February to May
Sow in gentle heat in moist, fertile compost or soil. When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings to 3" pots and then grow in cooler conditions. When all risk of frost is passed, gradually acclimitise plants to outside conditions prior to planting out.
