Sowing time: Inside: March to May, Outside: May
Inside: Sow in gentle heat. When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings to 3" pots and then grow in cooler conditions. When all risk of frost is passed, gradually acclimitise plants to outside prior to planting out.
Outside: Sow in situ, in moist soil in full sun or part-shade.
