Sowing Time: March to April
Sowing Suggestion for Artichoke Arad (Organic):
I would sow Artichoke Arad straight into the open ground, two to three seeds in stations 30cm (12ins) apart. Artichokes sown outside will flower the year after sowing.
Growing Artichoke Arad (Organic):
Thin out so there is one strong artichoke plant every 6cm (4ins). Note: The thinnings CAN be transplanted.
Harvesting Time: Artichoke Arad usually starts cropping in year 2.

Cooking Suggestion:
