How to Grow Cabbage Greyhound
Sowing Time: March to April
Sowing Suggestion:
If sowing early, Cabbage Greyhound can be sown in pots or seed trays indoors. Alternatively, the cabbage seeds can be sown outdoors, thinly about 13mm deep.
Growing Cabbage Greyhound:
If sown indoors, transplant the cabbage seedlings when large enough to handle. If sown outside, thin. In both cases the final spacing should be about 2 feet (60cm) apart.
Harvesting Time: June to August.
Helpful Hint: When planting cabbages, plant firmly to avoid windrock.
Cabbage Greyhound's Nutritional Information:
Eaten raw or cooked, cabbages are an excellent source of Vitamin C. Try to use all healthy outer leaves, as the darkest green leaves contain the most nutrients.

Cabbages are delicious boiled, steamed or shredded raw into salads.
